How To Modify or Cancel A Customer Order

Modifications of orders are currently not supported on GoRide. If you ever need to change the date or the details of an existing order, you will need to cancel it, and your customer will have to place a new order.

1. To cancel an order, from your Dashboard click "Locations et services à venir"

2. On the order you wish to cancel, click "Actions"

3. Click "Annuler la commande"

4. Click "Oui, annuler la commande"

5. The order will automatically be reimbursed in accordance with the Rental Terms & Conditions
